Afraid of the dark? Me too! Just a little video reminding you there is nothing there, alongside some sleep tips. :D 


Always remember not to eat, drink or exercise too close to bed time as that will keep you alert, which makes going to sleep more difficult. One way to let your mind drift off is focusing on your breathing and making sure your mind is clear. Burbank Beer Festival fun

The whole block of streets is set for beer sampling party, entertainment and shopping for Burbank and nearby communities. Fly like bug Dragging Tarantula Double it's Size

It's amazing how a fly species was able to move and drag a tarantula twice it's size and many times over his weight. It used its mouth to grab the large spider and move it over the pavement to it's nest. The fly was cleaver enough to drag the large spider along the pavement long enough before reaching it's nest over dirt to have it's chore easier instead of fighting off vegetation. Updo Hairstyle Crown Braid

Start at the side crown area by picking two strands of hair and rolling the first one towards clockwise direction and switching with the strand on the other hand; next roll that strand and switch with the previously rolled strands of hair. Add small strands of hair the initial two-braid style and start shifting your body around to make sure the braid is circling the crown area of the head. Once you get to the temple area of the other side, continue the braid without adding hair until it goes around the forehead, and then secure it to a hair strand from the side where you initially started the braid; keep braiding and adding hair to form the crown. Secure the very end of the braid with a rubber band and a bobby pin.
