Windshield Wiper Craze during California Rain

It hasn’t rained for a long time in Southern California, and the drivers who neglected to keep their windshield wipers in good condition, had problems during the rain. One store we visited had drivers coming for the wipers all day and changing their windshield wipers and the outside trash bin was full of the windshield wiper packages.
